Who this covers
Ethically MAD Ltd, trading as YodAI, provides a workspace for agencies and their clients. This statement covers information we handle when people visit our site, create an account, contact us, use YodAI, or connect an external service. Agencies and other customers may decide what information to collect through their forms, chatbots, campaigns, and integrations. Their own privacy notices may also apply to the people they interact with.
Information we handle
- Account and contact details: names, email addresses, agency or client membership, and messages sent to us.
- Workspace content: information customers enter or upload, such as tasks, files, product catalogues, form responses, conversations, and contact records.
- Connected-service data: the data and permissions a customer chooses to make available through an integration, including eBay data described below.
- Technical information: browser and device details, IP address, cookies or similar session data, and logs needed to run, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
Providing account information is necessary to use a YodAI account. Connecting eBay and other external services is optional; without that connection, the related sync features will not work.
How we use information
We use information to provide the features a customer requests; authenticate users; keep agency and client workspaces separate; sync connected services; provide support; process billing; prevent abuse; and maintain and improve the reliability and security of YodAI. When a customer enables an AI feature, the content needed for that request may be sent to the selected AI service provider to produce the requested result.
Connected eBay seller accounts
A seller chooses whether to connect eBay through eBay's consent screen. YodAI requests access to seller identity, inventory, account policies, and order information needed for the selected product features. We use that access to verify the seller connection, import and sync listings, products and stock, support listing setup, and calculate product sales summaries. We store the seller's eBay user ID to match account deletion notices, and store OAuth access and refresh tokens in a server-side credential vault.
Imported eBay products and related sales or sync records may be visible to authorised people in the customer's workspace and may be used by customer-configured YodAI features. We do not sell eBay seller account information or use it for unrelated advertising.
A seller can withdraw YodAI's access in eBay account settings, and a YodAI administrator can remove the connection in YodAI. Removing a connection revokes its stored credentials, but imported records may remain in the workspace until they are deleted separately. When eBay sends us a verified Marketplace Account Deletion notice, we remove the linked seller connection, stored credentials, imported eBay products, and related sync and sales records.
Retention and deletion
We keep information while it is needed to provide the service and meet applicable legal, security, and recordkeeping obligations. Different features and customer settings can have different retention periods. Disconnecting an integration does not automatically delete every record previously imported from it. Customers can delete supported records in YodAI or contact us about access, correction, or deletion. We process verified eBay account deletion notices as described above.
Storage and security
We use access controls, tenant separation, and protected credential storage to reduce the risk of unauthorised access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. YodAI and its providers may process information in countries outside your own; we do not promise that all information stays in New Zealand or Australia.
Your choices and contact
You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where applicable. If an agency collected information about you through its YodAI workspace, we may need to work with that agency to respond. You may also withdraw an external service connection through that service's settings.
